JD Homes recently partnered with Teneka “Super Agent” Clark to bridge the gap between homeowners and property managers who can utilize their relationships with each other in an effort to grow individual real estate businesses. Popular companies like JD Homes were able to survive the Great Recession because they added leasing to their portfolio, according to owner Joseph Clanton.

There are many changes going on in the real estate industry and housing market, leasing manager Teneka Clark created the REMA monthly mixer to provide a platform to unite real estate agents, investors and consumers in order to teach others how to create residual income through real estate.
