As a distinguished board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with Crawford Plastic Surgery, Dr. Aisha McKnight-Baron approaches her work with a sole purpose to change the quality of her patients’ lives through safe surgical procedures.


A cancer survivor, she can relate to the physical and emotional effects that her patients often experience after a cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy. Dr. McKnight-Baron’s patients truly appreciate her endless effort to ensure they feel at ease during their surgical process. Dr. McKight-Baron is noted to be one of the best plastic surgeons Atlanta has to offer, providing services to male and female clients and specializes in facial rejuvenation, cosmetic breast, and body contouring, as well as micro-surgical breast reconstruction.

Born to Jamaican immigrants in Boston, she was en-trenched in her medical studies for almost a decade.

“My family and my blessings motivate me. I know that the opportunities that have been afforded to me are nothing but blessings, and my sense of responsibility to fulfill my maximal potential and live out my destiny is what drives me to succeed every day,” says Dr. McKnight-Baron.

She attended undergrad at Spelman College where she earned her bachelor’s in biology. Upon acquiring her degree, she continued her education at the Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, attaining her doctorate in medicine, and later completed six years of training and received a world-class experience at one of the most challenging residency programs in the country at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Dr. McKnight-Baron knows when to rely on wisdom and experience to guide her decisions. Her persistence and passion have not only made her dream a reality, she has paved the way for young Black women to follow in her footsteps.
