Jeezy and his Street Dreamz foundation partnered with the Atlanta Hawks foundation to give back to local Atlanta families and senior citizens on Nov. 25 at Mount Sanai Baptist Church.

Jeezy gives back every year and this holiday season, each family was able to receive a boxed meal to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. With the choice of a turkey or ham, can of green beans, rolls, and more, families and seniors were able to look forward to the holidays. In addition to food, they were also able to receive flowers to decorate the home and dinner table.

The Atlanta Hawks Foundation provided vouchers for families that allowed them to receive two free tickets to the next home basketball game. Alongside the Hawks cheerleaders, mascot Harry the Hawk made an appearance to the event and was able to keep the energy high.

The rapper was able to provide the families with another memorable holiday experience. Jeezy recently released his latest album, Church in These Streets.
