Congrats are in order for Zendaya Coleman.

On Thursday, Jan. 21, the “K.C. Undercover” star announced via Instagram that she’s been tapped by COVERGIRL as their new, easy, breezy, fresh face. “Meet your newest, easy…breezy beautiful…COVERGIRL,” she wrote alongside a cute clip from her upcoming promo ad.

“I am so honored to join the company of a roster as celebrated and diverse as CoverGirl’s,” Zendaya said in a press release. “I can’t wait to share some of my own beauty tips with fans, and work alongside CoverGirl to continue empowering girls and women to celebrate their individuality.”

This is a great look for the 19-year-old, who has recently become quite the style chameleon. From fresh faced, to bold shadow, to a brightly colored lip, the “Neverland” recording artist knows how to make heads turn.

Not to our surprise, the popular beauty brand is just as excited about the deal. “Watching Zendaya’s work and authentic conversation with fans in social media was truly inspiring to us at CoverGirl,” Esi Eggleston Bracey, executive vice president, Global Color Cosmetics, P&G said in a press release. “She is not afraid to stand up for what she believes, and makes no apologies for who she is — we love her energy, confidence, and willingness to experiment and express herself with makeup. I know that together, we will do big things and help evolve the perception of beauty today.”

Unfortunately for fans, they’ll have to sit tight to see her first ad in its entirety. The former “Shake It Up” actress’ first CoverGirl TV commercial will air live during the Grammys on Feb. 15. This, of course, is just the beginning of Coleman’s beauty career. She’s already racked up big deals with brands like X Out and Chi haircare. Earlier this week, the teen was dubbed part of #GenerationNoir, aka one of six of today’s most talented young actresses.
