For the past two years, Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks’ friendship has been a roller-coaster ride with the two former BFFs getting into beef and then making peace over and over again. And although they seemed to squash their most recent major beefs earlier this season on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” things didn’t look so good for them on last night’s season finale over rumors that Parks sent the Feds to Burruss’ home. Now, Burruss is speaking out and sharing where she and Parks stand now with their friendship.

On last night’s episode of “RHOA,” federal agents paid a visit to Burruss’ home after they discovered that she and Todd Tucker were storing two of Apollo Nida’s motorbikes in their garage. Many of the cast mates were gossiping about the incident and wondering if Parks sent the Feds to Burruss’ home in retaliation for helping her incarcerated husband during their nasty divorce battle.

Parks denied contacting the Feds, but Burruss confessed on camera that she was suspicious about whether Parks would turn on her or not.

During last night’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” host Andy Cohen talked with Burruss about her tumultuous friendship with Parks and asked her if their friendship will ever be as good as it was in the past.

“I did see her recently, after the reunion, and we did hug. We didn’t talk, we hugged,” Burruss explained.

She then claimed that maintaining genuine friendships is extremely difficult when you have to deal with the repeated dramas of working together in reality TV.

“Doing this show, it’s hard to mend a friendship, and I was saying that to you [Cohen] while we were at the reunion,” said Burruss, before explaining to Cohen, “I feel like you ask questions — I feel like once she and I resolve things, it’s like you guys bring up the old mess and so it goes back into drama.”

“I said I was gonna wait till after the reunion has played out and then maybe she and I can have a real conversation and we can be done because it doesn’t have to keep playing over and over again,” she added.

Burruss may have the best of intentions but something tells us that as long as these two are on “RHOA” together they will never be as close as they used to be.
