Hundreds of screaming young fans filled the Aragon in Chicago recently. They all came out to experience Let’s Dance the Tour. This is one of the few dance tours that travel the nation. This one is unique in that it features many of the hottest artists performing their most popular songs and dances. The Scream Team Dancers are the resident dance group and they showed up for each artist’s set. The ages of the dancers ranged from 10 to 18. The dancers auditioned and were chosen in Atlanta.

99 percent, We are Toonz, I Love Memphis, Silento and hometown favorite DLow were on site performing all of their hits. We are Toonz, who coined the “Nae Nae,” had to be impressed with how the dance has taken on a life of its own and made its way around the world. The best example of this is DLow’s song “Do it like me challenge.” In the song, he goes through a host of popular dance moves claiming no one can do the moves better. Right before the song came on at the Aragon, the crowd got amped up, swaying and chanting along to the music.

The venue was filled with tweens and teens screaming at the top of their lungs. The show closed with Silento doing his hit song “Watch Me.” Each artist had their own unique flavor to deliver, but true to the name of the tour, it was all about the dance.
