In case you missed it, LeBron James caused quite a stir this week after he allegedly messaged Instagram model Rachel Bush. The direct message was sent just hours before Bush attended the Cavaliers’ 109-94 win over the Hawks on Monday, April 11.

Bush took a screenshot of the direct message and posted it with the caption, “Haha Wut.” Unfortunately for Bush, she didn’t pull the trigger fast enough, as Barstool Sports captured and reposted the image on their website, unleashing the beast. For those of you catching up, Bush is reportedly dating Cleveland Browns safety Jordan Poyer. Meanwhile, the 31-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers star has been married to Savannah Brinson since September 2014. The high school sweethearts share three beautiful children together.

While the rumor mill claimed James had flown Bush out for his Monday night game, Bush’s manager, Joshua McDonald, tells TheYBF, that’s just not true. McDonald says Bush’s appearance had absolutely no connection to the DM. The Instagram model just happened to be in town to support of her man, Poyer. As for that scandalous message, it’s “legit.” Both McDonald and Bush are standing by its authenticity. James on the other hand, has refused to provide a comment.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the Cavs MVP has caused a stir on social media. Late last month, James unfollowed the official Cleveland Cavaliers Twitter account, drawing backlash. He’s also used cryptic messages throughout the season trying to motivate teammates. In March, James seemingly challenged players after ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith reported Kyrie Irving wasn’t happy in C-Town. “It’s OK to know you’ve made a mistake. Cause we all do at times,” he tweeted.

In a society where privacy is a nonstarter, James joins a long list of celebs including Mike Epps, Drake, and Boobie Gibson, all whom have been caught creeping on social media.
