50 Cent is the kind of man who enjoys a good shock, especially if it ends up in his fans collectively dropping their jaws to the floor at the shenanigans he pulls. And this weekend was no different for the G-Unit general as he revealed to his fans that he had a secret son that fans knew nothing about.

Fans already knew about 50’s adult son, Marquise Jackson, and his young son, Sire Jackson, from previous relationships. But the rapper and mogul made the surprising announcement yesterday on his Instagram page that he has a third son, posting a photo of a young boy in tears named Davian and explaining that his life is full of surprises, implying that he wasn’t aware that he had a another child until recently.

“My life is full of surprises, this little guy is my son DAVIAN. He started crying, I was thinking why you crying i gotta pay for this s—. LMAO,” 50 captioned the photo.

Although this is the first time that 50 has openly discussed Davian with his fans, the rapper proceeded to gush over his son as he made another post, this time a screenshot of a letter he received about Davian’s good behavior in school.

“I JUST GOT THIS,  D— I NEVER DID This good. This kid is smarter then a motherf—– !!! I’m a get Big Floyd to give him some hands,” 50 joked in the caption.

50 didn’t provide any information about when or where Davian was born, who his son’s mother is or why he kept Davian out of the spotlight for all this time, but it’s clear that 50 is extremely proud that Davian is now a part of his family. But his praise for Davian didn’t end there. Check out the final photo that 50 posted of Davian after the cut.

This is one of those rare cases where the kid is better off without his father in his life.
