Green with Envy

1 ¾ ounces CRUZ Reposado Tequila
¾ ounce Lime
¾ ounce Honey Water
2-3 pieces Green Pepper
Pinch of cayenne
Shake and strain into a low ball glass rimmed with a cayenne, sea salt and white pepper rim.
