It seems like every season, NeNe Leakes is unsure about whether she’ll return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” ever since she decided to “quit” the show last year. However, last season Leakes still found the time to return to the series that made her a star. But according to new media reports, it’s still up in the air about whether Leakes will return this year.

According to media reports, Bravo has been filming the ninth season of “RHOA” for weeks and while most of the usual suspects have returned for the new season, sources say that Leakes has been completely absent from the set.

As previously reported, many fans were shocked when Leakes announced last year that she was not going to return to the show after a tough and tumultuous season 7 saw her transformed from a loveable diva to a full-blown villain on the cast. However, Leakes eventually decided to make a guest stint for the final few episodes of season 8, which reports say only happened after Bravo offered her more money to return and secure ratings from their core fan base.

Since Leakes decided to make a guest stint last season, many fans were hoping she’d finally decide to return as a full cast member this year. However, sources say that the reason Leakes hasn’t been on set for filming these past several weeks is because she’s simply too busy working on her other projects.

Sources say Leakes is juggling her new HSN clothing line, her one woman tour, her hosting responsibilities on “Fashion Police” and her new gig on the ABC game show “To Tell The Truth.”

With so much going on in Leakes’ world, sources say that Bravo producers aren’t even counting on Leakes to return for a guest spot on “RHOA.”

Well, there are still many more months of filming to go for “RHOA.” Let’s hope that Leakes makes the time to film at least a few episodes towards the end of the season like she did last year.
