Tamar Braxton is parting ways with her Mediterranean mansion in Calabasas, California, to the tune of $15M.

In 2003, the R&B singer, 40, and her music executive husband Vincent Herbert, 44, bought the 13,716-square-foot mansion for $10.5 million. Located in Estates at The Oaks, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac — also the same suburb where the Kardashians live — the property boasts a long list of luxury features including wrought iron and glass entry doors leading to a large foyer, seven bedrooms, eight baths, and a stunning chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar.

Of course, it only makes sense that the musical duo would also have immediate access to a recording studio. Other entertainment spaces include both an indoor and outdoor dining room as well as a wine cellar and tasting room.

But it doesn’t stop there, the sprawling mansion has a big family room, game room, gym and in-home theater, a guest house and gated 15-car garage. The master suite includes a fireplace, balcony, steam shower and custom closets.

Sitting on two-acre’s the mega-pad’s private grounds feature large flat lawns, an oversized sparkling pool complete with a spa, a covered patio, children’s playground, and a variety of seating areas to enjoy the great outdoors.

The listing comes on the heels of Braxton’s news that her latest album, Bluebird of Happiness, will be her last. The rumor mill has i that the pair has been hurting for money after Herbert, the founder of Streamline Records, was legally ordered to pay Sony more than $3.7M to settle a lawsuit over a 2013 advance.

According to multiple outlets, public records show that since purchasing the lot, there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently canceled against the property.
