Angela Simmons, Ariane Davis, and stylist Sudi Spence host charity fashion show
Last month, Angela Simmons hosted the “Greenlight Project” fall/winter 2017 fashion showcase in Atlanta. Presented by Dai Moda and celebrity stylist Sudi Spence of sudiSTYLE, the event was held in Atlanta and boasted celebrity guests, tastemakers and influencers alike. Special guests included mistress of ceremony Africa Miranda (Bravo TV), celebrity DJ Toni K along with actor TC Carson (“Living Single”), Mimi Faust (Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta), Ariane Davis (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), and Tamera Young (WNBA, Atlanta Dream).
During the fashion show, Dai Moda showcased their ready-to-wear signature style pieces and introduced the launch of their all-new men’s division. Dai Moda’s versatile design and sustainable innovations are created with certified organic cotton, bamboo and natural fibers using exclusively eco-friendly dyes. The collection’s fashion-forward pieces are perfect to mix and match easily transitioning from day to evening.
The show featured talented up-and-coming designers such as Carlos Antoine, FarrierBell Designs, Harx 4 and Natt Taylor. There was also a charity component to the show where all proceeds from the evening went to benefit Wellspring Living, an organization dedicated to serve and rehabilitate women from lives of domestic violence and sex trafficking.
