Twitter’s funniest daylight saving time posts

Standard time returns. At 2 a.m., Sunday, daylight saving (not really savings) time came to an end for most states in the U.S., with the exception of Arizona (except for the Navajo, who do observe daylight saving time on tribal lands), Hawaii, and the overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.


We set our clocks back, fall back, one hour, and earned an extra hour of sleep (perhaps the one we lost this past Spring when we had to spring forward). Set your calendars to spring forward on March 11, 2018. It’s totally up to you if you plan to switch manual clocks — including those on microwaves, ovens and wristwatches — one hour back or if you’ll wait for them to catch up next year. Honestly, most of us use our phones to tell time and our smartwatches and clocks make the change automatically.
