“How to Catch Creation” is a play by Christina Anderson that explores the lives of four San Fransico-based artists and creatives struggling to establish themselves in their lives and careers. Anderson explores the ideas of creation in life, family and art to inspire the creator in all of us. The play is showing at Goodman Theatre, Chicago’s oldest and largest not-for-profit theater until Feb. 24, 2019. Rolling out caught up with director Niegel Smith and writer Christina Anderson to learn more about how they brought this play to the stage.
