Elite NBA stars such as Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant have participated in the McDonald’s High School All-American game. On March 27, this year’s crop of top high school players in the nation faced off at the 2019 McDonald’s High School All-American game.


Held at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, the East squad defeated the West by a score of 115-100 in a game that was never close.


Cole Anthony led the East team with 14 points, five rebounds, and seven assists to secure the MVP award. Teammates Precious Achiuwa and Isaiah Stewart scored 22 and 16 points, respectively.

The West squad was led by Kentucky signee Tyrese Maxey, Memphis signee James Wiseman and Villanova signee Jeremiah Earl-Robinson who each scored 13 points.


At halftime, Atlanta-based rap group Migos performed a medley of hits at halftime, which included “Bad & Bougie,” “Stir Fry” and “Walk It.”

Other celebrities attendees included singer Monica, and Atlanta Hawks players Trae Young and John Collins.
