Describe your networking style.

Networking is not an “act,” it is a way of life. You are always networking. Every time you meet a new person you are networking. I look at networking as simply meeting and getting to know new people. The key to my success in networking is to genuinely get to know people, understand where we may have synergies and to be a resource for others. My networking philosophy can be seen in J4G, as we have created a sisterhood of amazing women all willing to be a resource for one another.

If you were giving a graduation speech to college students, what would the title of your speech be and why?

The title of my speech would be, “Be Your Best You!” As I have walked through my journey of life and corporate America, I have learned that so long as you are being authentic and striving for excellence, you will never have regrets and will generally enjoy great success.

What are two favorite quotes that motivate you?

“Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.” — Oscar Wilde

“Don’t wait. Make memories today. Celebrate your life!” — Unknown
