As always, our goal is to publish a credible list that reflects the votes of our loyal readers. Therefore, ballot stuffing — i.e., mass voting from identical IP addresses — is not permitted and duplicate entries will be deleted. Businesses should not incentivize nominations or votes with discounts, freebies, etc. Hour Detroit reserves the right to disregard any nomination or vote we feel was not submitted within the spirit of the competition. Ballots will be monitored for abuses.

*Most categories have five finalists. Categories with less than five did not receive enough nominations to validate five finalists; categories with more than five finalists had ties.
