Unfortunately for Price, Mariah Carey’s concert just so happened to be on television at the time, so readers of Price’s Twitter post took it to mean that she was disparaging Carey’s voice and performance — and they unloaded on Price with extreme prejudice.
It got to be so bad that, at one point, Price blocked all tweets and threatened to call the police.
