We cordially invite you to attend a special Grants 101/102 20th Anniversary Symposium, to be held in the afternoon of Oct. 16, 2024, at the TMC Helix Park, 7255 Helix Park Avenue. As you know, this grantsmanship course was established in 2004, and has since become a signature program at UTHealth Houston. More than 380 faculty members have participated in Grants 102, and many have gone on to highly successful research and academic careers, supported by extramural funding acquired with skills learned at the course. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of this program, the symposium is planned to bring the community together to celebrate the myriad success stories, and to express gratitude to the outstanding leaders, lecturers, mentors and staff who have contributed to its success.
