About this event

A. Scott Wood is Director of Orchestral Activities at The George Washington Universityโ€™s Corcoran School of Arts and Design. He is also Music Director and Conductor of the Arlington Philharmonic and the Amadeus Orchestra. The Virginia Commission for the Arts lauded him as โ€œan incredible talent.โ€ In 2023 the International Conductorโ€™s Guild met in Valencia, Spain, and elected Wood to their board of directors.
