Raffinaé Sanders is the Owner/ CEO of Inspire Brand Management, Founder of Moms for Medal, and Co-Founder of Wombilee. In her entrepreneurial and philanthropic endeavors, Raffinae leverages her experiences and passions to drive the success of her organizations while giving back to the community. Collectively, her business ventures speak to her desire to “exist in this life for a greater purpose.” Raffinae uses her decade-plus years of experience in corporate America in business, human resources, hospitality and healthcare to fuel her entrepreneurial spirit.
As the Owner and CEO of Inspire Brand Management, a company specializing in food marketing and concierge brand services, Inspire oversees operations with clients spanning across twenty-five states and six continents. Through strategic partnerships with Sprouts Farmers Market and Central Market, my leadership empowers a dedicated team of brand ambassadors to strategically position our clients for success in their target markets, crafting memorable brand awareness experiences. Raffinae’ also founded Moms for Medals, a non-profit organization that focuses on creating new success stories among teen mothers and young women. While facilitating health and wellness sessions for Moms for Medals, she realized an opportunity to bring to market a line of menstrual hygiene and health products, which eventually became Wombilee. Wombilee stands as the pioneer and sole natural pad company founded in Texas that is both Black-owned and woman-owned, boasting products available at H-E-B Central Market.
In addition to her thriving career as a serial entrepreneur, Raffinae’ dedicates her time to championing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. She serves as an industry partner and philanthropic figure in the Dallas Independent School District (DISD), actively working to empower and assist young entrepreneurs within the district. She generously dedicates her time as a coach and evaluator for DECA while actively participating in various initiatives that nurture aspiring entrepreneurs. Raffinae is a distinguished graduate of the 25th Cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program. A Dallas, Texas native, she holds a degree from the University of North Texas and takes immense pride in being a mother to two remarkable sons who inherit her vibrant and infectious personality and zest for life.
