Jen Wilkerson is a Lead Project and Change Manager with 16 years of experience at the University of Michigan, where she was one of the pioneering members of the ITS AI Team that rolled out AI services across the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and Flint campuses. As an instructor, Jen leverages her background in facilitating the adoption of new technologies and preparing leaders for the challenges of implementing these technologies in the dynamic U-M environment. Jenโs teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that education can transform lives by empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to navigate a rapidly evolving digital world.
Don Lambert has been at the forefront of technology innovation at the University of Michigan for an impressive 28 years. As the Director of Emerging Technologies, Don leads the AI Services Team, focusing on the implementation and use of AI across campus. He is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to learn how to use GenAI effectively and responsibly.
