Woodbridge, VA – The Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (NVBCC) is proud to announce its 4th Annual NVBCC Golf Classic, taking place on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Old Hickory Golf Club (11921 Chanceford Drive, Woodbridge, VA).
This highly anticipated signature event supports NVBCC’s mission to deliver leadership, advocacy, and access to resources that fuel economic growth and prosperity for Black-owned businesses across Northern Virginia. As a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, NVBCC currently serves a network of over 550 businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the region.
Open to golfers of all experience levels, the NVBCC Golf Classic is more than a tournament; it’s an opportunity to build relationships, support Black business excellence, and increase visibility among a dynamic and influential audience. The event includes:
- Traditional 18-Hole Golf Tournament for seasoned players
- Beginner-Friendly Golf Clinic powered by CitySwing, offering expert instruction in a fun and welcoming environment
“The energy, excitement, and participation grow each year,” says Jameel Scott, NVBCC Board Director and event organizer. “This year, we’re expecting 80 to 100 participants—our largest turnout yet.”
