The leading cause of self-sabotage is the presence of limiting thoughts such as: ‘I’m not capable”, “I’m not worth it,” and “I can’t control myself,” which generate a lack of self-confidence, insecurities, and anxiety. These thoughts may operate on a conscious or subconscious level.
