Elegantly weird, Parliament of Owls is a black and white owl-themed community lantern parade featuring a brass band, puppeteers, and parade-goers marching down Peachtree Street at night. Parade attire is black and white. You do need an owl lantern to march in the parade. Please fly behind the band.
