Conversation is the primary tool we use to connect with others – and even ourselves! Yet many of us receive very little (if any) formal training or coaching on how to do it effectively. Imagine for a moment: how would it feel to lead a team, department, community event, or project without being able to use words or conversations? Conversation is the lifeline to how we get things done in most settings. Productive conversations move us toward positive outcomes in our relationships and help support a team’s, an organization’s, or a community’s ability to flourish.
