Flag Collectors are the volunteers who come out the weekend after Memorial Day to pick up all of the flags so that they can be used for additional years. They are given instructions for which flags can be used again and which once can be retired. We rely on the Flag Collectors to help us go through the damaged flags and remove them from storage for next year.
