It seems as though trouble follows embattled rapper Bobby Shmurda wherever he goes — even behind bars.

According to TMZ, the “Hot N—a” rapper was involved in what officials believe to a be a gang related jailhouse brawl at the Otis Bantum Correctional Center in East Elmhurst, New York.

The incident, which reportedly took place last month, was apparently a showdown between a group of Bloods and Shmurda and his Crips allies. Guards were said to have employed rounds of pepper spray to regain control of the melee.

Shmurda and members of his GS9 crew are facing a number of charges, including conspiracy, attempted murder, murder, reckless endangerment and weapons possession.

His trial is currently scheduled to begin on June 25.
