M&B is a Chinese fine-dining restaurant concept. Specializing in handmade dim sum, the menu will also feature creative takes on Chinese-American cuisine as well as homemade ice cream. Smothered in the warmth of five-star service and hospitality touches, diners will enjoy a beverage program featuring traditional Chinese loose leaf tea service, as well as small-batch California beers and wines. Setting us apart from the competition, however, is an unexpected plot twist: everything served at M&B is entirely vegetarian. Partnering with Youshan tea, a local high-end tea producer & importer to create a tea-centric beverage program, lending a traditional vibe and addressing the growing demand in restaurants for non-alcoholic beverages.
