AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!! I had the alternator repaired on my 2019 Audi SQ5, which i left there for a few days. After failing to return my calls, I went to the garage to retrieve my vehicle, only to see a mechanic working on my OBD2 port. The alternator was repaired and I went on my way, wondering about why a mechanic would be messing with the port. I found out my port was no longer working. i took my car to PepBoys to repair the port. the mechanic at PepBoys found an unidentified tracking device installed in my car, drawing power away from the OBD2 port! One of the mechanics at National Auto Body Collision disabled my OBD2 port, removed my Lojack system and installed his own monitoring device, presumably to STEAL MY CAR at a later time!! Naturally, I called the police to file a report! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!! They hire car thieves!!
