Georgia Peach
2 cups peeled, pitted sliced peaches
2 tbsp. lemon
2 tbsp. Bacardi
5 ice cubes
Blend peaches, lemon juice, rum and ice until smooth. Serve immediately.
Strawberry Banana Explosion
1 ripe banana, sliced thin
1/2 cup of strawberries, sliced thin
1/4 cup two-percent milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup of strawberry banana yogurt
1 1/2 oz. Appleton Dark Jamaican rum
1 oz. banana brandy
Freeze
bananas and strawberries. Place frozen fruit in a blender with skim
milk, yogurt, orange peel and sugar. Blend at medium speed until thick.
Add rum and brandy. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer. Arrange
strawberries, banana slices and mint on long toothpicks. Rotate into
drink and serve.
In the Heat of Passion Fruit
3 cups of crushed ice
1 cup passion fruit nectar
1/4 cup Smirnoff vodka
1/4 cup of Half & Half Creamer
1 tb. CointreauOrange juice
Coconut cream
Passion fruit seeds for garnish
Blend
ice, passion-fruit nectar, vodka, half-and-half, Cointreau, a splash of
orange juice and a splash of coconut cream until smooth. Adjust
consistency by adding more ice or juice as needed. Garnish with
passion-fruit seeds and serve immediately.
