2007 Honda S2000
Grade: B
Honda’s reputation as a reliable car manufacture made the S2000 one of the most sought after convertibles in 2007. The two-seater comes with 17- inch wheels, keyless entry, xenon HID headlights and a power-operated top. Driving power is priceless with 8,000-rpm and a double-wishbone front and rear suspension that allows the car to maintain balance as it reaches high speeds. The S2000 proved that Honda has yet to lose its flair for quality.
2007 Volkswagen Eos
Grade: B-
The 2007 Volkswagen Eos proved that luxury and affordability can co-exist. Starting at under $30,000, the Eos comes with a glass top that makes lowering the top an experience in itself. Buyers have a choice of leather or cloth upholstery in the wood-trimmed interior. With a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the Eos holds its own in the speed department. Volkswagen’s return to chic continued with the impressive Eos.
