The hip-hop community bore witness to the epic rise and fall of music
mogul Irv Gotti. After the former Def Jam A&R discovered stars DMX
and Jay-Z, he established a chart-topping empire with Murder Inc.
Eventually, the FBI indicted Gotti on federal charges of money
laundering and allegedly working with drug kingpins. The reality drama
“Gotti’s Way” chronicles life after the trial and sudden acquittal as
Gotti tries to rebuild his empire while making peace with his three
