"Hot Toddies: Adrienne Gadling’s Take"
Classic Hot Toddy
1 ½ ozs. whiskey
1 oz. honey
1/3 oz. lemon juice
3 ozs. hot waterIf you have a microwave, the easiest way to make this drink is to warm the honey and lemon juice for about half a minute and then add the hot water and whiskey. Otherwise, we recommend that you stir the honey and lemon juice into extremely warm water, allow it to cool slightly, then add the whiskey.

Jamaican Coffee
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. white rum
4 ozs. hot coffee

Pour brandy and rum into a coffee mug and fill with hot coffee. Garnish with nutmeg. Hot Brandy Toddy 1 whole sugar cube 4 ozs. boling water Put sugar in coffee mug and fill two-thirds full with boiling water, add brandy and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and nutmeg.

Café Amaretto

½ oz. Amaretto
½ oz. Kahlua
4 ozs. hot coffee


Combine Amaretto and Kahlua in a coffee mug and fill with hot coffee. Garnish with whipped cream.

Hot Chocolate Almond

2 ozs. Butterscotch Schnapps
½ oz. Amaretto
5 ozs. hot chocolate

Prepare hot chocolate as directed. Add Butterscotch Schnapps and Amaretto. Garnish with whipped cream.
