Toyota Tundra
The 2008 Tundra offered 44.5 inches of rear leg room and provided
enough space for five adults. Other notable features include a backup
camera, navigation system and driver seat memory. Although a few car
experts have criticized past versions of the Tundra for its lack of
power, the 2008 model had what it takes to spar with the big boys. Its
superior 5.7-liter V8 engine zooms to 60 mph in only 6.3 seconds. And
over 10,300 pounds can be towed by this revamped pickup truck.

GMC Sierra 1500
GMC enhanced the overall experience of driving the Sierra by adding
keyless entry, heated front seats and OnStar navigation. The GMC Sierra
1500 was the perfect pickup truck for off-road handling. With
rear-wheel and four-wheel drive capabilities, the GMC Sierra 1500
allows drivers to navigate effortlessly over treacherous terrain.

Ford F-150
Since its overhaul in 2001, the F-150 has impressively combined
toughness with style. This year’s model featured chrome exterior
trim, leather upholstery, automatic climate control, smoked tail lights
and 18-inch alloy wheels. It was tough enough to lift heavy-duty
materials during a hard day’s work, but it also had an aesthetic
quality that gave it an edge over most pickups. The 2008 Ford
F-150’s 5.4-liter Triton V8 engine produces up to 365 pound-feet
of torque and 310-hp.
