We always figured rap star Coolio would attempt a comeback, but we never figured it would look or feel like this. In a surprisingly fresh and entertaining reality series, Coolio opens his life to the Oxygen network as they follow the rapper while he juggles fatherhood and a comeback in a severely altered rap terrain. Now if you’re anything like me, when you hear the words Coolio and TV show together, you’re more than likely to steer clear. But trust me when I say this, “Coolio Rules” ends up being a viewing experience well worth the exception to your better judgment. –djr
