Jacqueline Rhinehart has a soft spot for youth who demonstrate a light in them that shines brighter than the lights on the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. However, she’s also sensitive to a major obstacle for those pursuing a college degree. The students are unable to express themselves properly in their application essays.
