Reality Check: The Top 5 Reality Show Personalities of 2008 5. LaVerne (I Want to Work For Diddy):
The striking diva was known as the show’s resident transgender. Always outspoken, LaVerne was one of the first to openly celebrate transexuality in a reality cable television show. Isis (from America’s Next Top Model) served as a close runner up.
Reality Check: The Top 5 Reality Show Personalities of 2008 4. Frankie (Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is):
You never know which “Frankie” you’re going to get from week to week. She might be the loving grandmother or the feisty ex-addict struggling to be the mom she always wanted to be. Whatever the case may be, she definitely keeps us glued to our seats in awed amazement. Holla!
Reality Check: The Top 5 Reality Show Personalities of 2008 3. The Stallionaires (Real Chance of Love):
We first caught wind of these two brothers in the first season of “I Love New York.” Quirky, eccentric and comedic- Real and Chance keep viewers entertained with their “off the wall” theatrics.

The chick everyone loved to hate. Candid, boisterous and oftentimes intimidating, one couldn’t help but admire her hustle and will to “get things done” efficiently. However, the harsh cross between Puffy and Oprah was too brazen for the king himself- resulting in her dismissal from the competition.
Reality Check: The Top 5 Reality Show Personalities of 2008 1. Nene (The Real Housewives of Atlanta):
Deemed by many as the “realest” housewife in Atlanta, this no-nonsense mom spoke her mind and then some. Loved by many, hated by most, Nene’s low tolerance for phony females separated her from the rest . literally.
