Take two good-looking novice actors who can dance their butts off, add in a little romance and you have a nice made-for-TV movie perfect for the whole family. If you enjoyed movies like Save the Last Dance, then this movie should be perfect for you. “Center Stage: Turn It Up” does have an engaging story line, but the plot takes a back seat to the hot dance moves. –dark abyss
