Philadelphia natives, Pieces of a Dream’s latest offering is a curiously titled collection of smooth jazz tracks. The album’s 11 cuts roll by with astonishing listlessness and tedium, and its main strength is the way it hits its mark of subtly delivering music that sounds like all of the other artists working in the genre.
