Lady Sovereign has found her creative groove via major label independence. On the first release since she left Def Jam, the British princess of punk, grime and house hip-hop sounds sonically at home. From punchy, boastful lyrics on the electronic, “I Got You Dancing” to the up-tempo, hip-shaking, “Bang Bang,” “the biggest midget” in the game appears to be having more fun with her music on the second go-round.
