A lackluster rapper and an unoriginal producer bust out an incoherent 14-cut album with lots of unnecessary chatter in it, including excessive usage of the N-word. Roc ‘C’ comes off as an everyday struggler who developed a little bit of awareness and opted to rap about it on cuts such as “Struggle” and “The Warriors.” Hmmm, maybe a little knowledge can be a bad thing. –forrest green III
