With a smooth vibe and an enthusiastic crowd, Art, Beats + Lyrics (AB+L), sponsored by Jack Daniels, was an overwhelming success in Charlotte on May 8. Rolling out had an opportunity to speak with a few attendees and participants in this year’s event. Here’s what they had to say. – al weems
