Chrystale Wilson: Allow Her To Reintroduce Herself

When the lights dim and the rhythmic beats begin to seductively hypnotize the audience, actress Chrystale Wilson believes she has the crowd precisely where she wants them. As a producer and host of the critically acclaimed seductive stage show Punany Poets, which is currently gearing up for a national tour, Wilson is slowly but surely reintroducing herself to a fan base pining for more face time with the budding star.

“I’m really excited about this new endeavor with the Punany Poets,” Wilson says. “I’ve been fortunate enough to partner with Jessica Holter, who is the founder of the show. They have been featured on HBO, and we are now taking this show on the road. It’s exciting because we are working really hard to make the subject of sex less taboo. Within our community, that’s always been a subject that we were raised not to really talk about, but I think this show helps tear down some of those walls.”

For Wilson, who has starred in Player’s Club and Trois 2: Pandora Box, this tour also serves as an opportune time to reveal more of herself to the public. “I’ve always been a very private person,” she explains. “But I’m now convinced that as a celebrity, you have to be more accessible to people. So be on the look out for a reality show that I have in the works, as well as various other projects that I’m currently working on. I really want to be connected to the people.” We look forward to Wilson’s coming out party.
