“I won’t tell people who to pray to, but when you wake up in the morning, you need to meditate. Take 5 minutes to 10 minutes to just be still … clear your mind, don’t turn on the radio, don’t turn on the television, and if you have kids get up a little earlier so you can just sit, stretch out a little bit, and clear your head before you go into your day. Because sometimes, we just have so much on our minds when we go to sleep that when we wake our brains start going and we haven’t taken a little time for ourselves. You’ll find that it’s important to take a little time yourself just to be OK in your own space. Then you’ll feel a little more energized to go out and conquer the world like Pinky and the Brain. But I would say take that time to gather your thoughts, and you’ll find a lot more clarity about your day when you do that.”
