Months before Channing Tatum became a household name by starring in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, he found work as a brawler in the brutal guy-flick, Fighting.
With co-star Terrence Howard (Harvey Boarden) serving as his manager,
Tatum (Shawn MacArthur) begins to participate in an underground
fighting league to earn extra money. Although the film lacks character
growth and a relatable story line, it’s the perfect film for those who
just want to see guys throw devastating blows at each other for an hour
and forty minutes. –a.r.
