Hip-hop veteran Snoop Dogg returns with his tenth studio album, Malice In Wonderland. “I Wanna Rock” samples Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock’s classic, “It Takes Two” and adds heavy bass which makes a great introduction to the album. “Special” which is produced by Pharrell Williams, has more of an R&B sound that’s smooth and laid back. Snoop’s “Gangsta Luv” which features The-Dream, is a club banger and stays true to the west coast sound. Overall this album is hot and has something for everyone from gangsta music, to smooth grooves and club hits. Malice In Wonderland is the reason Snoop Dogg has been consistent in the rap game for nearly twenty years. –iesha daniels
