Classically trained actor and musician, Sinatra Osm discovered his passion for the arts at a young age. The star of the Alliance Theater’s production of A Christmas Carol, star sat with rolling out to discuss his latest projects. –iesha daniels
Do you see yourself doing more theater or do you want to be on the big screen?
The big screen. I’d love to … to do film, but at the same time I’ve always done music. I’ve always played instruments. I sing and I produce, so I want to [do it all].
What’s on the horizon for you?
Right now, I’m working on A Christmas Carol. I’ve been pushing my music heavy and trying to get radio play — doing performances in different nightclubs and venues. And I definitely [want] some more film roles. Hopefully I can do more work with Mr. Tyler Perry.
How will you maximize your potential?
I’ve been told that I’m too modest and too humble. I don’t like to really boast about it. I just put God first and follow my heart.
