Prison inmates have apparently gone from insane to downright inane. A new trend springing up in prisons across the country is EYE tattooing. The process involves using a hypodermic needle and tattoo ink to dye the whites of their eyes one of the primary colors. One prisoner said, “If you hit the wrong spot, it feels like you’re taking hot ice picks and stabbing them in the back of your eyes.” Uhhhh … yeah …
