The answer to your lingering question is no. Michael Jackson didn’t bleach his skin to look like a white man as most of us assumed about the King of Pop, whose appearance significantly metamorphosed over the course of his career. A leaked autopsy report confirmed that he did, in fact, have vitiligo, a skin disorder manifested by smooth white spots on various parts of the body.
Other shocking revelations were made. A very private Jackson would be ashamed to know that his fans were privy to the fact that he was balding, as evidenced by the dark spots on the anterior part of his scalp and his entire hairline, resembling a tattoo, underneath his long haired, bob-styled wig. What was left of his natural hair was described as “small, short curls.”
There were more indications of cosmetic surgery on his face including tattooed eye liner, eyebrows and lips, which were tattooed “dark” and pink, respectively. He also had several nose jobs.
The coroner’s report further revealed that standards for administering Propofol was not met — “recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present.” More charges could be filed against Jackson’s doc, Conrad Murray.
